Having the home ready and waiting at the proper temperature for the season is extremely helpful, because -- even on the hottest or coldest of days -- a buyer can linger longer and appreciate more detail.  The empty house can develop the appeal of a comfortable home by the creation of just a few hours of welcoming atmosphere.  As well, the presence of a professional who is well acquainted with the unique qualities that a particular builder incorporates into the designs, or the amenities that the neighborhood offers, will contribute to a successful viewing.  Buyers can ask questions, or have a second look (or third look) at a home that appeals to their lifestyle.  The right combination of comfort for the buyer, and information from the owner or builder translates into the best use of time for both.
